By registering for this program, you certify under penalty of perjury that you will be taking the course without any outside help. You will abide by all terms of the contract and will not knowingly accept a course completion certificate if the course has not been completed. 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School retains the right to monitor your participation and cancel your enrollment contract if we believe someone other than the enrolled student has been participating in the course. You will not be eligible for a refund. It is illegal to attempt to circumvent this course or provide false information.

Certificate of Completion Policy

Once they receive your certificate, 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School has no control over how quickly they process your certificate. It is the student's responsibility to follow up with them to ensure that the certificate was processed and the case was cleared.

Workbook Courses

I. Shipping:
Orders received by 2pm (PST) on regular business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) will be shipped that day via regular First Class Mail. Delivery time is estimated at 1-5 business days but not guaranteed. 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School is not responsible for workbook packages delayed or lost by USPS. Please allow enough time to receive the workbook package and complete the course before your due date.

Please Note: All shipments are sent with "no signature required" from Van Nuys, California 91411.

II. Testing Procedures:
Instructions and testing procedures are included with each workbook package. All required portions of the exams must be returned according to instructions in order to receive credit for the course.

All required documents must be returned to 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School via fax, mail, or email.

Payment and Refund Policy

I. Payment Information
We request financial information (credit or debit card) from the student through our electronic payment submission form. This information is used for billing purposes only.

II. Refund Policy / 100% Money Back Guarantee
5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School agrees to grant a full refund to any student that cancels the enrollment contract before completing the course. All refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and will be completed within 30 days after the effective date of enrollment termination. Any student that has completed the course, has willfully misrepresented himself or has cheated is ineligible for a refund.

Any student who has not successfully completed the course within 180 days from enrollment date and time will be terminated without notice and will not be eligible for a refund or credit towards a new course.

If you have purchased a workbook course, the workbook package must be returned in its original condition at the customer's expense in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Optional Upgrades Policy

The optional upgrade features are offered to the student solely as a convenience. There is no obligation to purchase the upgrades.

I. Audio Read Along
The Audio Read Along feature is an audio narrative of the course curriculum to be used in conjunction with the online course. It can be purchased at any time prior to completing the final exam. It can be cancelled for a full refund prior to completing section 2. No refunds will be issued after the student has completed section 2.

II. Course Printout
The Course Printout feature gives the student access to a PDF file of the course curriculum, which can be printed or saved. It can be purchased at any time prior to completing the final exam. It can be cancelled for a full refund prior to completing section 2. No refunds will be issued after the student has completed section 2.

III. Duplicate Certificate of Completion
A Duplicate Certificate of Completion is a PDF file of the student's official certificate of completion, which can be printed or saved. It can be purchased at any time, but can only be cancelled for a refund prior to completing the final exam. This copy may not be submitted to the DMV/court for ticket dismissal.

IV. Case Status Notification
The Case Status Notification features give the student access to updated notifications of the student's case status, which are obtained from the court on the student's behalf. These can be purchased at any time, but can only be cancelled for a refund prior to completing the final exam.

Access Case Status: The student is provided with a link to access the updated status of the certificate of completion acceptance or rejection by the court.

Access Court Rejection Reason: If the student's certificate is rejected by the court, the student is provided with the reason for rejection. It is the student's responsibility to take the necessary steps to remediate the situation with the court.

5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School will follow up on your case status up to 180 days from the course completion date. To ensure that you receive your case status, you must provide us with accurate case information at the time of registration.

Email Communications

5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School communicates with students primarily via email. Many of these emails are automatically generated including confirmation of registration, confirmation of completion, and confirmation of cancellation. If no email address is provided, the student will not receive these confirmations. 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School also contacts students first via email regarding problems that need the student's attention. If no email address is provided, the student is contacted via the telephone number provided at registration.

Occasionally 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School may email you special discount offers. To discontinue receiving these emails simply follow the opt-out link within the email.

To ensure that you receive 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School emails, it is important that you put 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School on your e-mail's "safe" or "white" list. Not doing so may cause these emails to be placed in your junk folder or deleted by your email program. 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School is not responsible for any loss that may occur as a result of deleted or lost email communications.

Minimum Technology Requirements

The 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School course will work with PC, Mac computers, and mobile devices with any major web browser. In addition, the browser needs to support JavaScript, cookies, and sessions. An Internet connection is also needed to connect to the course.

5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School is not responsible for Internet connectivity issues that may arise while the student is taking the course.

Limitations of Liability

The information provided within the course is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, no guarantee of suitability for any purpose is offered or implied. No responsibility is assumed by 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School for any use, or for any consequences resulting from any use of the information.

Student Responsibilities

It is the student's responsibility to:

• Make sure they are eligible to take the 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School course,
• Provide accurate personal information during registration,
• Study the course material and complete the course without any outside help,
• Complete the course within the time allotted by ,
• Follow up with to ensure the certificate was received and the case was cleared.

Dispute Policy

By registering for the 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School program you agree to submit any dispute arising under this agreement to arbitration. A volunteer arbitrator will render a decision based upon fairness, not necessarily upon legal principals, but it will be final and binding on both parties.

This agreement to arbitrate affects important legal rights. Neither you nor 5 BUCKS ^® Traffic School will be able to go to court for a dispute once there is an agreement to arbitrate.
